We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/masking in place, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your e-mail please include your name, order number, the reason for return, and any applicable pictures. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will have 7 business days to take your package to UPS or USPS after a return shipping label is e-mailed to you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee if items are not returned to us in their original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately. If there are any issues or you notice any damages upon reception contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of the delivery date so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In your e-mail please include your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you wish to cancel your order please e-mail email@example.com with your name and order number. Please note, not all order cancelation requests are able to be honored, as our team works hard to ensure orders are shipped the same business day. If your order is already fulfilled we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the shipping charges) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
