Shipping policy

We offer customers the choice of UPS or USPS for shipping carriers. Shipping is calculated by product weight. Customers have the option to upgrade shipping to a faster method. The most economical shipping method is the default.

Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. 

International Orders: We currently only ship to the United States. 

Delayed or Lost Orders: While our team works hard to ensure all orders go out on time, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until a shipping claim has been opened and the package has been declared lost by the shipping courier. If you believe your package is lost please e-mail to start the claim with the shipping courier.  Make sure to include your order number in your e-mail.

Damaged Shipments: Our team tries to pack our packages as securely as possible, however, we cannot always control how shipping couriers treat the packages. If the content in your package is damaged during transit please e-mail  to start a claim with the shipping courier. In your e-mail include your order number and the following pictures:

Front/Back of package
Inside of package
Damaged contents

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
